Good Gaga

Well - I'm currently sat in some retarded computer room sitting through a 'study period' doing absolutely nothing of interest. As you probably saw in my previous post, I comp[leted all of my homework last night and so I have nothing to do.

The infidel, who is sat next to me, is researching the Feudal system for our history project. I do have to admit that without him our presentation would be a miserable failure - since me and Paul would just stand there and laugh, not knowing what to talk about.

By the way, did any of you see what Lady GaGa was wearing at the VMA's last night? I haven't seen the award show yet, because I'm in the UK - but she made the morning news anyway. She was wearing some ridiculous lace... gimp suit. She looked like she'd been mummified. If you haven't seen it, I'll add a picture for you in this post. Also, her performance - I saw a quick preview on YouTube - is supposed to be and looks, shocking and amazing. I can't wait to see it in high quality on my TV. I'll blog as I'm watching it later on tonight! I love the VMA's - they're the annual awards of epic proportions.

Until next time,

Adam,
xo.

Here We Go Again...

Is simply, the greatest album to have spawned from the music industry this year. It's by Demi Lovato in case you didn't know, and it's so absolutely fantastic. The lyrics are so strong, deep and meaningful, and the vocals are out of this world. The music is so catchy too - and it helps that none of it is auto-tuned to, she's a true talent.

So, this blog is kind of random and unrelated, so I'll probably shove it into the 'Ramblings' category. Okay, something occurred to me. How great is my life? I mean - seriously? I know how arrogant and conceited that sounded, but I don't care to be honest. I've had... an epiphany if you will. I have the greatest friends in the world - all of them are really cool, loving and there for me. I love how I can talk to any of them and they're there for me, and I hope they feel the same. So... yeah.

Alright, so since getting back from Newquay, I haven't really done much, although yesterday I spent a couple of hours watching Sex and the City episodes from episode 1, season 1, online 'cause I'm that cool. I also got thinking about my future... again.

I'm going to be in sixth form soon, and I know it's going to be a lot different from the education I've experienced so far, and since we get to be in a form group with our friends, I know the social side will be a lot better than it has been thus far. All of the idiots I really didn't get on with have gone, along with a few dear friends that will be sorely missed, but that means all that has been left is the friends I hold dear. Sixth form is going to be immense, and I know it.

Surprisingly, I can't even wait for University, and that's two whole years away. I can't wait to live on my own, with a room-mate, (if I'm still with Laura, she can't escape her fate) and having the freedom to go out shopping in the streets of Leeds, buying clothes, CD's with your best friends each weekend, and also learning in such a free environment.

Anyway, that was all kind of ranty and pointless, and probably made hardly any sense to any of you guys, but I don't particularly care.

Ps; Paul got Facebook. The world is going to explode.

Adam,

Preparation Day

Today has been a day filled with preparation of sorts. We're going on holiday to Newquay (my first in-Britain holiday) on monday, in our OWN caravan, so naturally, everything must be perfect, so our trip can happen without any problems. So today, my time has really be consumed with getting clothes ready, getting shoes ready, and... watching a documentary about the life of the late Michael Jackson.

Okay... so maybe the last one doesn't count... but seriously guys, it was a real insight into how Michael's life was affected by his traumatic childhood. The interviewer, Martin Bashir or something, was a total dick-licking fanny... (bookmark for dick-licking fanny's!) and clearly didn't understand the lines in which he could not cross, meaning, he crossed all of them. He... God forbid, tried removing the blanket from the head of one of Michael's baby-things. Lolwhut? Baby things? I meant babies.

Anyways, I had a gig last night, and it went really well if I do say so myself, although the entire place was dead, there was a fight in which one guy got his ear bitten, and I was fighting a sore throat the entire way through my performance. It was cool though. Oh by the way, I just took this picture of me and my cat! She's called Lily, and even though she's fully grown, she's a tiny, kitten-like cat and I love her very very much. She's my Lilykins and I wub her. (Pictured Right).

Cooey

I just thought I'd pop by and post a blog before I leave to set up for my gig. Today we're playing at a local bar, and it should sound pretty awesome tonight, as we're all warmed up and ready this time, whereas usually, we turn up and get ready there and then. I kind of like the feeling of organisation, although I'm rarely organised.

It's still raining. I'm not happy with the rain. It just makes everything seem a little more dull, in the day-time anyway. At night it's cool though. Does that make sense? No? Fuck you!

I'm stopping at my mate Ben's tonight, so yeah. I aren't going to be blogging until around Sunday, and then I still need to find out if the place I'm going to in Newquay for my holiday has internet. To be honest... I aren't looking forward to my holiday.

And I've been wanting one for years.

I just want to go abroad.
